The Inaugural Southwest District Youth Activities Roast will take place at Hightstown Lodge on Saturday, February 18^th, 2012. Join us as the PDDs of the district imprint the virtues of Roastee Danny Scholes, PDD upon the tablets of our thoughts and memories. And we’re sure there will be some writing of faults upon the sands as well! And… there may be a “Special Guess” that evening as well!

Tickets are $20 and can be obtained from any Southwest District Exalted Ruler. Seating is limited, so get your tickets early!

ALL TICKETS MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 8^th!!!

Event is Casual Attire, Doors open at 6:30PM, dinner will be served at 7:30PM. Cash bar all evening.

Southwest District Shoot is scheduled for Saturday, November 5^th at New Egypt Lodge from 11AM to 2PM. If your Lodge has held a shoot event, make sure your 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd place winners in each division are aware of this date and time. We hope to have a good showing at the District event.

Hightstown Lodge – Saturday, October 22^nd from 10AM to 2PM at the Lodge Pavilion
Edgewater Park – Saturday, November 19^th from 1PM to 5PM at Ridgeway Middle School
Marlton Lodge – Saturday, December 5^th from 6PM to 11PM at the Blue Barn

The District Hoop Shoot event will be held on Saturday, January 14^th at Ridgeway Middle School in Edgewater Park. Registration will be from 8AM to 9AM (All entrants must register between these times – this will be strictly enforced). Competition will begin by 9:30 after brief warmups.

State Finals were held in Howell on August 20^th.

It’s not too early to start planning to send representatives from our Lodges and District to the State Youth Sports Tournament. We’ll be looking for young Bowlers, Golfers, and Tennis Players – boys and girls.
