        ALL STATE, DISTRICT AND LODGE MEETINGS OF THESE COMMITTEES
        AND ANY FUNCTIONS TO RAISE MONEY FOR THESE COMMITTEES
       SHOULD BE RECORDED BY THE CHAIRPERSON.                           
 
LODGES CAN ALSO INCLUDE ALL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES SUCH AS
FOOD BASKETS, ADOPT A ROAD, TABLE AT TOWN FAIRS, TALKING AT COUNCIL MEETINGS, AND CIVIC AWARDS TO DIFFERENT TOWN PERSONAL SUCH AS POLICE OFFICERS, FIREMEN, POLITICAL OFFICIALS, AND CITIZENS.
 
ANY LODGE THAT DONATES THEIR LODGE HALL TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, SUCH AS LITTLE LEAGUE OR ANY GROUP THAT IS INVOLVED WITH COMMUNITY SERVICES IN THEIR TOWNS, SHOULD RECORD THE TIME AND EXPENSE OF THE HALL USAGE.

AT BUSINESS MEETINGS THE TIME THAT CAN BE REPORTED IS WHEN A CHARITABLE COMMITTEE CHAIRPERSON IS SPEAKING. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE AT A MEETING FOR TWO HOURS AND SIX OF THE TWELVE COMMITTEES ARE CHARITABLE, THEN THE TIME THAT YOU CAN REPORT IS ONE HOUR.
 
THE AFTERNOON SESSIONS AT THE THREE CONVENTIONS WHERE THEY
DISTRIBUTE AWARDS CAN BE CONSIDERED CHARITABLE TIME TO RECORD.
IF YOU WORK AT A CHARITABLE COMMITTEE’S BOOTH DURING THE
CONVENTIONS, THAT TIME CAN BE RECORDED.
