The Wildwood Reunion takes place June 3-6, 2010 and will be here faster then you think. I hope everyone has displayed this year’s Wildwood t-shirt. Although each Lodge has received a gray shirt, this year’s shirt will be Navy Blue and the Lodge Name and Number will again be screened on the sleeve and will be in Red. The Convention Committee apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the difference in colors. Deadline for the t-shirt orders is March 31st and I ask that you please make every effort to get the word out that the shirts will be Navy Blue and also to have your orders in on time.

The Convention Committee Official Wildwood T-shirt for June 2010 is a tribute to two great leaders, giants among Elks.
The idea behind the T-shirt program in the beginning twenty years ago was to provide a unifying symbol of pride for those in attendance at the NJ State Elks Wildwood reunion. In years past, 4000 shirts were proudly worn by those in attendance. Each shirt proclaimed the wearer a member of the NJ State Elks Association and identified the Lodge to which they belong. In recent years the numbers have fallen to less than 1800.
This past year, two of our highly respected and beloved Grand Lodge Sponsors were called home by their Creator. Each lived their lives and led this Association by the words expressed in the Grand Lodge Mottos chosen to guide their respective years as National Leaders. Those words are as powerful today as they were in Hawaii and Philadelphia.
Please join with us as we proclaim publicly that we cherish the memory and legacy of Past Grand Exalted Ruler KennethV. Cantoli and Past Grand Exalted Ruler Arthur Mayer, Jr. Sample shirts will be distributed to your Lodge in October. If you don't see it displayed, please ask your Exalted Ruler why. Any questions can be addressed by your District Convention Representatives. Please help make this a banner year and Proudly tell the world you are an Elk from New Jersey, your Lodge and you believe "Charity is the Cornerstone of Elkdom” and “Elks Make a Difference."
