The New Jersey State Elks Special Children's Committee is very

proud to announce a partnership program with TD Bank. With no cost

or any loss of percentage to any member or friend ofthe Committee,

we will receive a percentage of all monies held in any TD account,

once the account has been registered with the bank's Affinity Program.

We will receive liz of 1% on the annual average balance in all

participating checking accounts and ~ of I% of annual average account

balances for all savings, money market, certificatt~s ofdeposit and or

any retirement savings accounts. All accounts both existing and new

can be registered in the Affinity Program. All financial transactions are

confidential and between TD bank and yourself; NJ Elks will not be

privy to any personal financial infonnation.

To join the program you can use the enclosed form, fill it out and

send it to the TD Bank in Warren by using the envelope attached to this

letter. If you rather register at your personal TD branch; please

complete the customer account fonn with your information and fill in

the bank you use on the first line (Region/Store).

Also attached find a brochure, to explain the program and a $25

coupon to open a checking account with TD Bank, ifyou currently are

not a member of the Bank and would like to paltidpate in this

worthwhile cause.
