Michael Penchenski III
It’s an honor and privilege to serve the NJSEA and I am truly humbled by the trust you have placed in me.
Over this next year, our primary focus will be to continue to strengthen the bond within our Elks communities and expand our impact throughout the state of New Jersey. Our goals this year will go a long way in achieving this bond with our communities.
I’m asking each lodge to work to receive grant money so that we create a very strong brand awareness across all the communities we serve. It also increases opportunity for new membership.
Inviting non-members to our larger state events like The Jim Hall Picnic, Miracle Run and Army of Hope picnic ensures that all who attend leave with a real understanding of our state initiatives OUR Veterans, and state major project Elks Camp Moore.
By building participation in all our youth programs as well as our Path/Peer leadership we begin providing an avenue for the youth of today to understand the value of what we do as Elks.
And growing membership again this year to a net 3,000 will continue to solidify our association
God Bless the NJSEA, its’ membership, and all of our Veterans and Special Children
Fraternally yours.
