LODGE ACTIVITIES 2021-2022

The goal of the Lodge Activities Committee is to foster lodge participation in both Member & Community Services

The Lodge Activities Contests encourage the annual recording of these services and provides a historical record of each Lodge’s efforts.

The Lodge Activities Committee has been actively collecting and scoring the Contest submissions for the 2021- 2022 State programs.

We have seen solid lodge participation in the Lodge Bulletin/Newsletter Contest.  32 Lodges submitted two bulletins each for judging up from 17 lodges in 2020 - 2021. We are pleased to see the effort and quality of our Lodges communications with their membership through the traditional Bulletin/Newsletter. We are also pleased to note that numerous lodges are also offering the option for e-mail delivery.

This is a welcome sign of renewal in our lodges. We welcome the return of our membership gatherings - especially to perform and attend this most solemn of our Lodge ceremonies and tradition.

At the Wildwood Convention in June, we will be presenting the awards for all three of these State Contests.

Additionally, the final annual Lodge Activities Contest is the All American Lodge. This contest is a joint effort thar includes judging by both the State and Grand Lodge. This will occur in late April. Once again, as soon as the results are available, the Committee will provide them.

Lastly, the Committee wants to thank all those who took their time to prepare and submit an entry for consideration. We are most grateful for your hard work and dedication. Every entry is a winner and appreciated because it shows your commitment and dedication to your membership and your community.
