Quarterly Financial Reporting Dates
Committees within each District of the New Jersey State Elks Association (NJSEA) are to report to the Vice President, the District Chairperson of the Auditing and Business Practices Committee, a quarterly financial reconciliation of all funds, including all cash, in the custody of the District Committee.
Auditing and Buisness Practices Meeting

The quarters are to be reported on the following cycle:
First Quarter - Jun, Jul & Aug - due by Sep 15th
Second Quarter - Sept, Oct & Nov - due by Dec 15th
Third Quarter - Dec, Jan & Feb - due by Mar 15th
Fourth Quarter - Mar, Apr & May - due by June 15th
The reports must be submitted on the Excel spreadsheet supplied by the NJSEA. See the link below for instructions and the Excel Form after logging in. Committee examples: SCC, ENF, Army of Hope, Parade & Convention, Americanism, Youth Activities, and any other Committee within a district.
