A Message From the Chairman

Membership is crucial to our Lodges. If we do not have paid up members, Lodges must find alternate means of raising money.
All Lodges need to process their candidates in a timely manner. If a candidate is not initiated in a few months, there is a chance the Lodge will lose the candidate. If there is an unavoidable delay, make sure to contact the candidate so they know you have not forgotten them.

Membership Retention Committee Mission Statement

The mission of the Membership Retention Committee is to strengthen and sustain membership by promoting engagement, fellowship, and meaningful participation in Lodge activities. The Committee is dedicated to helping Lodges create welcoming environments, recognize member contributions, and foster lasting connections that encourage continued involvement in the Order. Through education, communication, and the sharing of best practices, the Committee works to reduce membership loss and ensure the continued growth and vitality of Elkdom throughout New Jersey.
